MIMO — Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Abrihome. If you need to return an item, our team will do our best to make the process simple and straightforward.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at sale2@wegot.uk to receive return instructions.

1. Returns Due to Errors or Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will cover both the product and all return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item arrives at our facility.

Please report delivery damages within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Return Request Window

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must arrive at our return center within 30 days of delivery.

Items arriving later than the allowed return window may not qualify for a refund.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unused, un-assembled, and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, including all inner protections.
  • All components, accessories, manuals, and hardware must be included.

Items returned with missing parts, damaged or heavily marked packaging, or clear signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or refusal, depending on the condition.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (for example, you no longer need it, chose the wrong size or color):

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
  • Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service for returns to avoid delays or lost parcels.

5. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly on mimo-living.com.
  • All components must be returned to receive a full refund.
  • Large or heavy items may require special return arrangements; our support team will assist you with the process.
  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, we cannot accept returns for assembled, heavily used, or damaged products.
  • Some customised, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return; please refer to the product page for details.
